Attorney Jack Byno

​JACK BYNO was raised in Euless, Texas. After graduating from high school and receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas, he moved to Japan, where he taught English for three years. Returning to the United States, he went on to graduate from the Southern Illinois University School of Law. After making his way back to North Texas and passing the Bar Exam, he founded his own traffic ticket law firm in 1994. Appointed as Municipal Court Judge of Haltom City in 1999, Attorney Byno also gained jurisdictional experience as an Associate Judge in Euless, Grapevine, Bedford, Hurst, Richland Hills and North Richland Hills. Now working full-time alongside his associates at his law firm, Attorney Byno assists clients in Hurst with a number of traffic issues, from minor violations to serious convictions such as DWI.

Attorney Fiona Worthy

​FIONA WORTHY grew up in Houston, Texas. Graduating in 1993 with a degree in Communications and Journalism from the University of Houston, she joined the Houston ISD and taught middle school there for 12 years. After deciding upon a career change and becoming interested in traffic law, she graduated from Houston-based South Texas College of Law in 2011 and subsequently moved to North Texas, where she has since been an integral member of Jack Byno & Associates. Attorney Worthy's Hurst clients trust her thorough knowledge of Texas traffic law and rely on her to carry out swift legal action, from posting bail to providing immediate jail release, on their behalf.
